About Itanza

Itanza Johnson brings an engineering mindset to every real estate transaction. She holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, and she applied that analytical training to a career in new construction sales before most agents ever set foot on a builder’s lot.

Her career started at John Wieland Homes, where she served as Neighborhood Sales Manager and later Division Sales Manager. She managed model homes, trained sales teams, wrote pricing strategies, and tracked absorption data across multiple communities. She then moved to Stonecrest Homes as VP of Sales and Marketing, overseeing the company’s entire sales operation.

When she founded Velocity Real Estate, she carried that institutional knowledge into a boutique brokerage built around three principles: data-driven pricing, builder-grade market knowledge, and process discipline. Velocity now serves buyers, sellers, and builders across metropolitan Atlanta, with $600M+ in cumulative sales volume.

Itanza is a licensed Georgia Real Estate Broker. She lives in Roswell with her husband and two children.
